Weekly for the first four rounds after installation, fortnightly once activity has settled, and back to weekly as soon as new activity is recorded. What matters more than the figure is regularity: a fixed interval produces a comparable series, a variable one produces numbers that cannot be read.

Yes. VITAL SMART™ traps report to a central platform that shows the points on a site map with a time series for each and alerts when a set threshold is passed. Conventional traps have their readings entered into the same platform by hand, so the report stays single even where the network is mixed.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, and its term differs by product and by component: the housing, the electronics and the consumables each carry their own conditions. The exact terms are attached to the quotation and to every shipment, and do not cover damage from installation contrary to the operating guide.

Yes. Training is part of handover rather than a separate service: installation, calibration, reading results and documentation, at your site or at ours. For teams running a surveillance programme we add training on designing the point network and reading the series, which is the part that actually decides what the data is worth.
